What should I do to get a refund?
We are sorry if something went wrong with your order. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know what happened and to find a solution to the problem. Send an email immediately to customer@logotec.it attaching one or more photographs of the items you have received, explaining why I do not correspond to what you requested.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to obtain a refund for a product that has been tailor-made for you or customized as per your indication, unless it is an obvious negligence, lack, error or oversight on our part. If your instructions have not been followed or if you have not received what you ordered, on shop.logotec.it you are covered with a full refund. Alternatively, you can request that the order be redone correctly: you will only have to wait the time necessary for it to be redone. If you have ordered a product that was not tailor made for you, you have 14 days to send the package to us from the moment you received it. On shop.logotec.it the return is free: get in touch with us, we will send our courier to collect the package at our expense. Once we have verified that the product has remained intact, within 14 days we will credit the refund on the payment method used to make the initial payment.
The ordered item has arrived but is broken! What should I do?
We are dismayed that your order did not arrive undamaged! Get in touch with us immediately by writing to customer@logotec.it attaching one or more photos demonstrating the breaking of the objects. Remember that no more than 1 hour must pass from the delivery of the goods to the sending of the photo to our customer service.
