Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system based on the shipping address.
The items for sale on shop.logotec.it are generally sent via the GLS, DHL and Poste Italiane service. As soon as your package has been collected by the courier you will receive an email notification with tracking information to be able to follow the shipment at any time.
The couriers and postal shipping services used by shop.logotec.it reach the islands and Calabria in 48 working hours and the rest of Italy in just 24 hours from the time of collection at our office.
Remember that the products for sale on shop.logotec.it, if made to order, have a processing time of about 2/3 working days.
ATTENTION: in periods of high activity, such as the weeks before Christmas, it is always good to keep in mind that all couriers are no longer able to guarantee delivery in 24 working hours and therefore it will be good to order the desired item well in advance to avoid bad surprises!
What happens if the Courier does not find you
If the courier goes to the address indicated without finding anyone, a notice of non-delivery will be left. The courier will re-attempt delivery the next day, possibly also by calling the number left by you available at the time of payment. If also in this second case nobody is found at the specified address, from the 3rd day the package will be available for collection in the nearest POST OFFICE for 10 working days. OTHER COURIERS - If the courier goes to the address indicated without finding anyone, a notice of non-delivery will be left. The courier will re-attempt delivery the next day. If also in this case nobody is found at the specified address, within 3 days the package will be available for collection at the nearest courier distribution center.
We currently do not pay on delivery.
Damage to material during shipment by courier
In case of damage during shipment, it is necessary not to collect the goods from the courier if the damage is visible. If the damage is identified once the package has been opened, it is necessary to take photos of the damaged goods and send these proofs, promptly, to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. At that point the customer has the right to receive a refund or resend the goods at his preference.
Failure to deliver due to address errors
The shop.logotec.it checkout system guarantees the Customer the insertion of complete and correct address data in a simple and effective way. The Customer is responsible for any errors in filling in the address at this stage.
Failure to collect by the customer
In case of non-collection by the Customer within the term established by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Seller. In the case of Custom or Made to Order products, the customer will not be refunded and will attempt to send a new shipment with shipping costs charged to the customer.
Any delays in delivery
Any delays in delivery by the carrier cannot be considered the responsibility of shop.logotec.it. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to force majeure, such as - by way of example, strikes, provisions of the Public Authority, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transport difficulties, fires, floods, floods and damage to industrial machinery. The Customer will not be entitled to any indemnity or compensation for any reason, without prejudice to the right to a refund if possible.
